Surrounded by 12 acres of vineyard named ' Coteaux du Luberon ', Le mas le Comte is a large eighteenth century house, completely renovated, that offers quiet surroundings ensuring you a pleasant stay . This beautiful house with itsl timeless charm has 300 sq. meters of living space distributed over two floors .The decoration is a subtile blend of modern and traditional.

On the East side : In front of the house, there is a lovely sunny terrace which is ideal place to have your breakfast. You can either relax in the shade of the pergola or enjoy the swimming pool ( 10 * 4 Meters ).
From there the views are breathtaking !

On the South side : The terrace looks out onto vineyards and the ' garrigue ' . There, you will have the use of a fully equipped barbecue with an electric grill and a plancha to cook your food.

In the courtyard : This shady courtyard gives access to some of the rooms on the lower level as well as to asmall kitchen.

On the West side: The main feature is the lush vegetation, a cypress hedge protect you from the mistral wind. This is the ideal place to enjoy the sunset.

Inside :

Upper level :

  • There you will find a 48 M² living-room with direct access to the east-side of the property and the swimming pool. A TV with home theatre surround system and HIFI as well as cosy fireplace await you here.
  • A well equipped modern kitchen with cooking range, dishwasher, refrigerator etc.. will enable you to prepare your meals in comfort
  • The adjoining dining room, decorated in 'provençal ' style, can accommodate 10 people at a large refectory table. A renaissance dresser, a chest with sliding doors and a ' marseillaise ' fireplace complete the furniture.
  • A large hall links the kitchen – dining room, the living room and the upstairs bedrooms and the stairs that lead to the lower level. There is also access to a toilet from this hall.
  • The 'Violet 'bedroom with en-suite bathroom features a four poster bed ( 160 * 200 cm ). The bathroom is equipped with bathtub, bidet, washbasin and toilet.
  • The 'Srinagar 'bedroom has twin beds ( 90 * 200 cm ). The adjoining bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet.

Lower level :

  • A main entrance with stairs will lead you to the upper level.
  • An independent entrance provides access to a bathroom with shower and toilet for the occupants of the two bedrooms on this floor: The ' Comt ' bedroom and the ' Lili ' bedroom.
  • The ' Comt ' bedroom has a double ( 160 * 200 cm) bed
  • The ' Lili ' bedroom has (90 * 200 cm) twin beds, a small bathroom and gives direct access to the main entrance.

Also on this level with independent access from the courtyard:

  • A vaulted bedroom with a double(160 * 200 cm) bed and an adjoining thirties style spacious bathroom with marble bath, bidet, washbasin and dressing table. This bedroom is equipped with TV with home theatre surround system .
  • A compact well equipped kitchen with washing machine and dryer.

  • Internet access is available in each room, where a RJ 45 plug connected to a modem.
  • A phone will give you free access to EU countries and to a list of countries mentioned in " ORANGE NET PLUS. Any other calls will be charged.
